In the list, there are members of the elite ICC Panel of Umpires and referees.
ICC in a recent meeting has announced that in all the 20 match officials of the ICC Emirates elite panel will be present during the ICC World Cup 2023 stage. The panel for the semi-final and final is not announced yet. The panel will be announced later in the event.
The ICC has announced the 20 match officials of which there are 16 umpires and four match referees. Of these 16 umpires, 12 are from the ICC Elite panel. The rest of the four belong to the ICC emerging umpire panel.
